I am a very empathetic person and I am a good listener. I’m not quick to judge anyone, I accept everyone as they are. Many people quickly trust me because I am always willing to help. Furthermore, I am very structured: I arrange my life in such a way that I am happy and content and can also help you to give your life more structure again if you do not know what to do anymore.

As a coach and trainer, it is important to me that people become happier and more satisfied with my help. It gives me a lot when I know that I can help other people better in everyday life. I don’t want to change anyone, I just want to help them find their own way. The gratitude I often receive after a coaching session makes me happy and content.

I look back on 13 years of professional experience as a specialist and manager in personnel and event management .
As a course instructor with an SVEB certificate , I have an eye for formulating exciting application documents, support in the preparation of interviews and conduct job coaching.
As a systemic personal & business coach , I accompany you in career coaching and career advice.
